Sirtxa was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 2026 by Thanh Lam, a Vietnamese nail salon owner who got tired of watching salon owners get pushed into long-term contracts for software that never quite fit how salons actually work.
Why we built Sirtxa
Thanh started Sirtxa after watching Vietnamese-owned nail salons — a community he's part of — get locked into long-term contracts with existing salon software providers just to get basic booking and check-in tools. He wanted to build a real alternative: no long-term lock-in, and software built by someone who has actually run a salon, not just sold to one. That's still the idea behind Sirtxa today: salon software should help you run your business — not overwhelm it, and not trap you in a contract you can't get out of. Many platforms require multiple subscriptions, disconnected tools, and complicated workflows just to manage everyday tasks. Sirtxa brings online booking, point of sale, payments, client management, team management, payroll, and AI-powered tools together in one platform — so you spend less time switching between systems and more time focusing on your clients. Sirtxa is built for nail salons, hair salons, barbershops, spas, massage studios, hair removal studios, and braid and weave salons.
