Does Autumn know how busy my salon is?
Yes. While your salon is open, Autumn sees who is clocked in, who is free, who is with a client and how many people are waiting. She uses that to tell a caller whether there is a wait and roughly how long. She never makes up a wait time: if there isn't enough information, she says so.
Can a caller ask whether a specific provider is available?
Yes. Autumn can say whether that provider is working today, whether they are free or with a client right now, and roughly when they will be free.
What does Autumn do when the salon is closed?
